DESIGN PROCESS

1. consultation

To help us create a kitchen you’ll love, we follow a structured design process starting with an initial consultation.
This will be followed up by a site visit to assess the space and take any necessary measurements. You may already have sketches or images you have collected and this is a great time to bring them in and show us your ideas. It’s really important for us to understand how you currently use your kitchen and adjoining spaces, and what your vision is for the new space.

A proposal is put together free of charge including kitchen costs and a suggested time-line.

2. DESIGN

The design process is the most important part of creating a new kitchen. It gives us an opportunity to look at the space you have available whether it be a new build or a renovation and apply some lateral thinking.
We take a three concept approach looking closely at your ideas and needs discussed during the consultation. By using our experience and comprehensive product knowledge, each concept offers you a fresh approach at solving style, functionality and space issues. This gives us the opportunity to evolve your ideas and suggest news ones that you may not have thought possible.

With new builds, timing is everything and the design process should start early on to avoid costly mistakes.

A lot of planning goes into creating a functional, workable, space and it needs to include a broader picture of how you see not only the kitchen being used, but the other adjoining spaces.Bespoke kitchen design means we can create the exact cabinet size and configuration to suit your space and requirements. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail fromto construction techniques. It’s the details that create an exceptional product.

At our next meeting the concepts are refined until we arrive at a result you are truly happy with.

3. in-house manufacturing

Once the design has been refined and finalised, detailed working drawings are created and manufacturing begins.
Once the project is underway, you are welcome to visit the workshop to meet your cabinet maker in person.Once completed, your kitchen is pre-assembled in our workshop. This quality control ensures your kitchen arrives to you in perfect condition ready for installation.

You’re welcome to come in and view your kitchen assembled before it is packed into our delivery vehicle.

4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Our sealed delivery vehicle is designed to protect your furniture from weather and dust.
Your installation tradesman will arrive at the agreed time and cabinet installation takes 3 – 4 days. Bench-tops needing templating such as stone or stainless steel, are then manufactured to suit and installed followed by any glass splash-backs. We are dedicated to making this process as simple as possible with minimal disruption.

All of our team adhere to a strict code of conduct and are considerate and professional.
